The Genesee Theatre takes pride in accommodating all of our guest's needs. We offer ADA seating for all events on a first-come, first-served basis.
ADA seats are available online through Ticketmaster.com; however, we encourage you to contact our Box Office to make arrangements directly. Our staff has specific venue knowledge to accommodate your needs from arrival to departure.

Accessible Seating
Seating for wheelchairs and other mobility devices is available on the Orchestra and Balcony levels. Transfer seats are available on the Orchestra level.
Hearing Impairment
The Genesee Theatre has listening devices available to guests with hearing impairments. Please visit the Box Office upon arrival. We ask that you leave your driver's license until the device is returned at the end of the event.
American Sign Language
ASL interpretation and captioning services are available upon request. In order to provide qualified and prepared service, we ask that one submit requests at least two weeks prior to the performance.

Service Animals
Trained service animals are permitted in The Genesee Theatre during events. We reserve the right to request that the animal be removed from the theater if they disrupt or pose a threat to the performance.
