One of the biggest teen heartthrobs of the late '70s, Shaun Cassidy seemed to be on the cover of every teen magazine. He was not only pop music's hottest sensation, but he was also costarring in the hit TV series The Hardy Boys Mysteries.

In 1978, Cassidy received a Grammy^® Award nomination for Best New Artist. He would go on to produce three platinum albums and three Top 10 hits. When he toured, he performed at sold-out arenas across the country, including Madison Square Garden and the Houston Astrodome.

After making his name as a performer, Cassidy started working in television, where he enjoyed a lengthy career as a producer and writer. Most recently, he was executive producer and writer on the hit series New Amsterdam.
